Terms of Service
Last updated 2 July 2026
Welcome to Yudzu ("Yudzu", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yudzu website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Yudzu is a platform for creating, scheduling, and growing AI-generated content channels. The Service lets you connect your own AI provider keys ("bring your own key" / BYOK) and/or use credits purchased from us to run generation and rendering workloads.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any API keys you connect. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Your content and connected accounts
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the content you generate through the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers you use. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service. When you connect third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) or AI providers, you authorise us to act on your behalf within the scope you grant, and you agree to those third parties' own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to or the AI providers you use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content and its distribution comply with all applicable laws and platform rules, including disclosure of AI-generated or synthetic media where required.
5. Credits and billing
Paid features are powered by credits. Purchases are processed by our payment provider. Pricing, minimums, and how credits are consumed are described on our Pricing page. Credits and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. When you use your own provider keys, you are billed directly by those providers and are responsible for those costs.
6. AI output
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and is provided without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish it.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Yudzu and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yudzu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
